Our Story
We are Brock and Beverly Moore, Founders and builders of Design Your Life Recovery Homes. It is our hope that a well designed environment will inspire those who reside here to live a well designed life.
Many of you have been following along as we embark on this new adventure. Some of you have even offered to help, which means the world to us! We are truly grateful. The interest in this project from our community makes our hearts soar! This recovery home is needed in West Plains as well as surrounding communities, and we are so excited to see it open so we can begin changing lives!
Since my husband and I work in the construction and interior design fields we felt empowered to do this special project. We began this journey by buying and re-building this house from top to bottom. At one point during the process, we could see right through the walls of the house from the sidewalk outside. We wanted to bring our best to this house, making it as nice as we possibly could. We have a vision to make the journey for all who live here as pleasant as possible. Their struggles are intense and it is our hope that their environment will contribute to their overall success and well being. We have a lot of work left to do but we are so excited to see where this path leads!

We have felt led to contribute to the lives of these men, sowing seeds into a problem that has affected members of our own family as well as those in our community.
